About Us
Hans Werner Mennen BA LLB
ATTORNEY • NOTARY • CONVEYANCER
Hans Werner Mennen is a qualified Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer and has been practising law since 1977. He was previously a partner with a large firm in Cape Town for 16 years before deciding to establish his own practice, Mennen Attorneys, in 2000 in Claremont, Cape Town.
He also gained extensive experience in property investments while working at one of South Africa’s leading insurance and investment corporations.
Hans Werner Mennen has been specialising in property-related transactions and property developments since 1983. These include conveyancing of residential, commercial, sectional title and agricultural properties as well as registration of mortgage bonds and notarial agreements. He has successfully completed the Certificate for the Commercial Property Practitioner (CCPP) with the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA). He is also appointed to the panel of attorneys of Absa Bank and is a member of the Legal Practice Council (Western Cape).
